These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aarvi.group, operated by Aarvi Group (“Aarvi”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
01Website purpose
The website provides information about biomass, agricultural residues, renewable and alternative fuels, waste-to-value solutions, biochar, carbon-removal development, projects and business partnerships.
The website is primarily intended for business, professional, institutional and commercial users.
Website information does not by itself create a binding quotation, supply commitment, purchase order, partnership, franchise, licence, investment commitment or other contract.
02RFQs and enquiries
Submitting an enquiry, RFQ or partnership form does not create an obligation for Aarvi to accept an order or enter into a transaction.
Commercial transactions will be governed by separate written documents such as quotations, purchase orders, work orders, supply agreements, service agreements, NDAs, partnership agreements or other contracts signed by authorised representatives.
If these Terms conflict with a specific executed commercial agreement, that agreement will prevail for the relevant transaction.
03Website information
Aarvi makes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate information, but prices, quantities, availability, specifications, project plans and operating conditions may change.
Biomass availability, project capacities and carbon-removal estimates may be indicative unless expressly stated as verified.
You should independently verify information before making a commercial or investment decision.
04Biochar and carbon removal
Information concerning biochar, pyrolysis, carbon removal, carbon credits or sustainability is provided for general business information.
Aarvi does not guarantee that a project will:
- Generate a particular quantity of carbon credits.
- Qualify under a particular carbon standard or methodology.
- Receive certification or issuance.
- Achieve a particular carbon-removal yield.
- Produce a particular financial return.
Carbon-credit outcomes depend on project design, eligible feedstock, methodology, monitoring, reporting, verification, registry requirements, market conditions and other factors.
A reference to a future project or partnership is not confirmation that the project or partnership has been contracted unless expressly stated.
05Strategic partnerships
A partnership enquiry or expression of interest does not create a joint venture, agency, franchise, exclusivity, technology licence, investment commitment or other binding relationship.
Such relationships require a separate written agreement signed by authorised representatives.
06Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Aarvi name, logo, website design, text, graphics, photographs, diagrams and other original content are owned by or licensed to Aarvi Group.
You may view the website for legitimate informational and business purposes. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected website content without written permission, except where permitted by law.
Third-party trademarks and logos remain the property of their respective owners.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Aarvi Group against claims, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising from your unlawful use of the website, breach of these Terms, infringement of third-party rights or submission of unauthorised or fraudulent information.
