Final project locations are selected only after field-level feedstock, logistics, land, utilities and (for biochar projects) carbon-methodology validation. Operating regions represent live Aarvi operations; development corridors represent pipeline under active evaluation.

Feedstock volume

Annual and monthly availability within an economically viable sourcing radius. No project without a documented biomass base.

Feedstock quality

Moisture, ash, contamination, particle size and (for biochar) carbon characteristics. Quality-controlled at aggregation.

Seasonality

Harvest calendar, storage requirement and year-round plant utilization — the difference between a working plant and a stranded asset.

Logistics

Road access, collection radius, storage-yard availability and transport economics that make the fuel or biochar unit economics work.

Site & utilities

Land availability, power, water, permissions, labour, and industrial-infrastructure proximity — the operating layer.

Carbon pathway

For biochar projects: traceability, additionality, emissions accounting, MRV feasibility and eligible end use for the biochar itself.

Every cluster is quantified on the same seven metrics — the data pack that goes to any technology, financing or carbon-market partner.
